Yes — we ship RTA cabinets to any address in the continental United States. All cabinets are palletized and freight-shipped to protect against damage in transit. Alaska and Hawaii may require a custom shipping quote. Contact us and we'll work out the details for your location.
Yes — any order totaling $3,000 or more ships completely free anywhere in the continental United States. No promo code needed, no fine print. Orders under $3,000 will receive a shipping quote based on your location and order size before any charge is made.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Once your cabinets ship, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery. Freight deliveries are typically scheduled appointments — someone will need to be available to receive the shipment.
Assembly and installation services are only available for customers local to Franklin, KY and the immediate surrounding area. If you are local, we handle everything from unboxing to final install. If you are ordering from out of state or outside our local area, all cabinets ship RTA — Ready-to-Assemble — and will arrive unassembled. Assembly is the customer's responsibility for all shipped orders.
Inspect your cabinets carefully at delivery before signing off on the freight receipt. If you notice any damage, document it clearly with photos immediately and note it on the delivery paperwork. Contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly — replacement parts or panels can typically be shipped within a few business days.
